1. Quality Assurance and Contact

 

All items are thoroughly checked by Bagology prior to shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if any item is found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival, it can be returned or exchanged by contacting our dedicated customer care team.

 

2. Eligibility and Time Limit

 

Bagology is only liable to exchange or return items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items claimed for exchange or return after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

  • Return Condition: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the returned package is received undamaged. In the event the returned item is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds (Product Value Only)

 

  • Refund Method: All refunds shall be processed via bank transfer only.

  • Refund Amount: Refunds cover only the product value; any original shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The shipping cost incurred for returning the item to Bagology shall be borne by the customer.

4. Exchanges (Customer-Paid Delivery)

 

In the event of a product being exchanged, the new exchanged order will incur a separate delivery charge of Rs. 300, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the exchanged item.
